Countless green flames swayed with the wind as it all chased after him. No matter how fast he moved, the flames seemed to be

even faster and he couldn't shake them off.

Layne's Ruler released tremendous amounts of energy several times to protect him once the fire edged too close.

Despite that, the green flames that blazed all over the sky still caught up with him and drew closer by the second.
