"You're not working late today?"

He tapped the tip of my nose and said," Don't worry. | won't give you that opportunity."
When he finished speaking, he returned to his desk and began working again. It seemed like every minute was
precious to him, so | did not continue bothering him and returned to the bed.
| was not sleepy. | simply did not want to disturb Theo when he was working.
| had to admit that Cindy's decision was rather smart.
At the very least, | did not see Ruby take another step into Theo's office for the rest of the day.

However, at the stime, he froze on the spot and did not dare move the door any further.

"Wanda?" Theo called out softly. When | reached out and pulled the door open, | saw Theo standing there with
his suit jacket in hand. "You're ready?"

changing?"
| was stunned. It seemed like Theo had wrapped up his work ahead of time, gotten his jacket, and was ready to
leave.
On the contrary, | was still in my slippers, and my hair was still a tangled mess.
"I'll be ready in five minutes."
